Have you installed the Stalker component? It lets you modify the url's, as well as adding your own etc. If you do install it, pay particular attention to the way I've set it up, ie, the two options My Social Links and Social Networks.  Normally, you wouldn't have to touch Social Networks, you would just go into the My Social Links and click NEW. Then select the Social Network.  However, if you want to customise the FeedBurner link, you would go to the Social Networks option, find FeedBurner, and then just add what you want to the URL, making sure you don't change the #id# bit.
