It's been a while since I released the first version of JoomPing and now I'm back into development full time, I'm looking for further ideas on where to take this.

I'd like to extend this to JomSocial too, so that's on the list, and there have also been a few requests for a CB version.  I'll look into it!

Any other suggestions?

Would love to see this as a plug-in with JomSocial (much like your Stalker app) that will allow each member of a site to display their own pings - what would it take to do this?

Yes, I would love to see a multi-user ping.fm plugin for CB and Jomsocial...  also, maybe you could incorporate this plugin:

to your code as well, and allow users to push content to pingfm from joomla articles!

Recently Pingfm has said they are going to allow posting to multiple profiles from one login, so maybe they will make that available in their API..

Is there a way to use JoomPing to ping updates from components? For example, I am using a Calendar component and would like to ping the events to Ping.fm.
