 In the pluging setup page, there is no place to setup the PING.FM account login details ... So how does

it suppose to be working?

Yes, I think it's still working :^)  I haven't heard otherwise :^)

Basically, there aren't really any settings on your site.  The idea of JoomPing is that you send status updates out from ping.fm, and JoomPing receives (& displays) them on your joomla site.
