It seems that one of the last couple of versions of JomSocial broke the Settings Window scrollbar.  I have spoken with Azrul Support, and they have informed me that this problem should be rectified in the new JomSocial 1.5 due out VERY soon.

Hang in there.  I'm sorry about the problem, but it's a JomSocial issue, and there's nothing I can really do to fix it.
