Hi Nick,

When looking on various profile pages of my site I saw one person enabled the 'external link' option. When I ran my cursor over it I saw that it was formatted like so..... 'http://http://www.theirsite.com'.

Obviously the script prepends a 'http://' to the URL but it doesn't show up in the field when a user chooses to use it so some are obviously adding 'http://' themselves and it causes a problem.

Any ideas how to mend this? Thanks :)

Hi Robin, 

You mentioned profile pages, are you using the standalone Stalker, or are you using the CB or JomSocial version?

I'll have a look at fixing this up in the next release so that it doesn't add http if it's already in the link.

I'm using both but this is happening with the CB plugin.
