I was trying to update to the latest Stalker and I don't think I uninstalled the Jan build of Stalkerjs correctly.

Now my profile pages are all white, returning what I think is a 500 error. If I deactivate the plugin, my profile pages come back.

How can I completely wipe out traces of the old installation and pave the way for 0.92?

Hi, sorry you are having problems.

You could try doing a complete uninstall using the install/Uninstall option in Joomla admin.  Click the plugins option, choose Stalker, and then uninstall it.

Now log into your site via FTP, (or if you have Extplorer installed, use that).  Go to the plugins folder, then into the community folder, and delete anything called stalker in there.  There are two files and a folder when it's installed.

That should now be completely removed, and you should be ok to install again.

I did as you suggested, I took out the stalker folder as well as the php/xml files. I even went in through phpmyadmin to make sure all entries in the database were gone, there weren't any. I also cleaned the website cache.

After that I attempted to install 0.92 but all user profiles still turn white.

Could you please let me know what version of JomSocial you have installed?  I have JomSocial installed over on my test server, and I don't have any problems with the latest Stalker.  Also, can you let me know your site url and I'll go have a look :^)

I think there's a clash with the class names! I'll get this fixed up.
