- Fixed the link to Ning
- Fixed the link to Meetup
- Added Facebook Pages Option
- Added Width & Height tags for icons
- Added more sizing options
- Changed the way icons are handled. ONLY 64px x 64px icons are now provided. The size is still set in module admin, but the image width & height tags govern the displayed size. This doesn't add much to the overhead but the icons reduced by the browser seem to look better than icons resized by hand. It also provides more flexibility for icon sizing -

PLEASE NOTE: This version changes the way Facebook links work. If you have grabbed your new FB username, you just need to enter that, if you haven't yet done that, then you'll need to enter 'profile.php?id=nnnnn' in the username field, where nnnnn is your profile id.
